Daily carpooling: the home-to-work navette
In carpool groups, the office navette is the closest thing to a regular service, and the least well served: there is nowhere to register a recurring trip. Here is what the fixed-schedule posts show.

Posts with an explicit recurring schedule, most of them daily navettes

Authors with at least 4 posts: near-regular drivers who repost the same trip
6 – 8 am
The most frequent morning departures, with returns between 4:30 and 6 pm
What the fixed-schedule posts say
Out of 994 posts, 22 give an explicit recurring schedule. Most are daily navettes, many on weekdays only: "Monday to Friday", "five days a week", sometimes "all year". Departures sit between 6 and 8 am, returns between 4:30 and 6 pm.
Starting points are towns and communes around Casablanca (Mohammedia, Bouznika, Berrechid, Had Soualem) or Rabat. Destinations are business districts and business parks: Maarif, Sidi Maârouf, Technopark, Casanearshore, Technopolis.
A need groups serve poorly
Someone looking for a navette asks in the comments whether one exists, since there is nowhere to search for a recurring trip. Drivers repost the same trip day after day and bump their post to keep it visible: 31 authors posted at least four times, 66 at least three.
Times are rarely exact: only 30% of posts give a precise hour. For a navette, that is the information that matters.
The navette on Naveto
Naveto plans the navette as a recurring trip: the driver sets days and times once, and the passenger keeps the seat from one day to the next, with the option to skip a day they are not travelling.
On a short trip the contribution stays modest. Agree a simple rule with the driver, per trip or per week, so nobody recalculates every day.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find a navette to get to work?
At launch you will search for a trip by departure, destination and days. Until then, join the waitlist and say whether you are looking for a seat or offering seats.
What if I do not work every day?
A recurring trip can be kept from one day to the next and skipped occasionally. Tell the driver as soon as possible, as you would for any cancellation.
